Deep Springs College is a small and selective liberal arts college in California that combines academic rigor, manual labor, and self-governance. Founded in 1917 by L. L. Nunn, it is one of the most prestigious and unusual institutions in the US, with no tuition, no tenured faculty, and a coeducational student body.
We welcome applications from all qualified students, regardless of gender, race, citizenship, or nationality. This includes present and potential DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients. Admissions deadlines are here. The application process begins in early fall.
