Founders of the band were the sisters Kristi and Kelly Callan—daughters of actress K Callan. The sisters formed their first group, The Undeclared, in 1979. The duo evolved into a trio, Goat Deity, in 1980, when they were joined by Steve Wynn.
Kristi Callan. BIO. Kristi, along with her sister Kelly, founded the beloved 80s girl group Wednesday Week. During their time together they released two albums and several EPs as well as touring the US and Canada. They had multiple TV appearances including Arsenio Hall and two videos that received extensive play on MTV's 120 Minutes show.
Dime Box Band is two families making music together – kinda like The Partridge Family crossed with The Brady Bunch with Loretta Lynn singing Gram Parsons or Son Volt if Dolly Parton started it.
