Shayne Hill (born March 21, 1970) is the third lead guitarist for the band Sawyer Brown. He replaced Duncan Cameron in 2004. He was actually encouraged to move to Nashville by Sawyer Brown's original guitarist, Bobby Randall.

Guitarist Shayne Hill replaced Duncan's post as guitarist, although both Cameron and Hill are in the credits on Mission Temple Fireworks Stand. The album's title track, featuring Robert Randolph , peaked at No. 55.
