Am 21. Mai 2014 starb unerwartet der langjährige Keyboarder Martin Lister; sein Nachfolger wurde Carsten Brocker. Am 27. September 2014 wurde das 30-jährige Bandjubiläum mit einem Konzert im Pariser Club Divan du Monde gefeiert. Es erschien auch ein Album mit einer Kompilation früherer Erfolge.
Alphaville is a German synth-pop band formed in Münster in 1982. They gained popularity in the 1980s. The group was founded by singers Marian Gold, Bernhard Lloyd, and Frank Mertens.
