Soft Machine is the fifth studio album by Swedish alternative rock band Teddybears. [6] It was released on 12 September 2006 on Big Beat Recordings and Columbia Records. It was the first album the band released under the name Teddybears, as they had previously been Teddybears STHLM.
Swedish grindcore-cum-stereo selector trio make its North American debut with an eclectic album featuring contributions from Annie, Elephant Man, and Neneh Cherry, among others.

Cherry has released six studio albums under her own name. Her first, Raw Like Sushi, was released in 1989 and peaked at number three on the UK Album Chart, thanks in large part to the worldwide hit single "Buffalo Stance". Her second studio album was 1992's Homebrew.
