Located in north Oxford along the River Cherwell, Wolfson is an all-graduate college with around sixty governing body fellows, in addition to both research and junior research fellows. It caters to a wide range of subjects, from the humanities to the social and natural sciences.
Wolfson College ( / ˈwʊlfsən /) is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge [6] in Cambridge, England. The majority of students at the college are postgraduates. The college also admits "mature" undergraduates (aged 21 and above), with around 15% of students studying undergraduate degree courses at the university.
Wolfson is a modern college in a traditional setting positioned on the tranquil banks of the River Cherwell. It was founded in 1966 to provide a stimulating and supportive environment specifically for graduate students.
Our College is for mature students who are actively engaged with the world. At Wolfson, you'll live, study, and socialise with mature students from around 100 different countries.
Wolfson College has the largest number of part-time postgraduate students in Cambridge, over 600 in all across a range of programmes. Many part-time applicants choose to study at Wolfson because we offer dedicated support for our part-time students.
