Hayley Thompson-King (born May 4, 1979) is an American singer and songwriter from Sebastian, Florida. In addition to her solo work, she was the songwriter and front-woman of the band Banditas (2009-2012) and the vocalist for the band Major Stars (2011-2016).
Hayley Thompson-King has been recognized internationally for her songwriting, stage performance, and “explosive display of vocal prowess” (PopMatters) since she emerged onto the rock scene fronting Banditas in 2012.
Hayley Thompson-King is a mezzo-soprano, songwriter, and performing artist, with "a voice that can do anything," according to Americana UK. Her work explores a broad range of sounds and vocalities drawing from Americana, psych, garage-rock, and art music.
