Alexis Merizalde Knapp was born on 31st July 1989 in Avonmore, Pennsylvania to Marjorie Knapp (Mother) & Bradford Elwood Knapp (Father), she was brought up in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Her mother Marjorie is of Cuban Ecuadorian descent. She lost her father at the age of 15.
