2 de ene. de 2008 · Rupert Chawner Brooke was born on August 3, 1887, the second son of a public schoolmaster. He was educated at Rugby, his father’s school, and in 1906 entered Cambridge, where he soon became prominent in both literary and social spheres. By 1909 he was president of the university’s Fabian socialist society and had graduated in Classics.
