フランツ・マルク（Franz Marc, 1880年 2月8日 - 1916年 3月4日）は、20世紀初期のドイツの画家。動物を愛し、動物とひとつになろうとした画家であった。画家としての活躍はわずか10年で、動物によって心開かれ自らの魂を動物たちに投影した。
Život. Franz Marc je bio drugi sin slikara Wilhelma Marca i odgojiteljice Sophie Marc. Djeca Paul i Franz su odrasli dvojezično, njihova majka je bila porijeklom iz Elzasa, a djetinstvo je provela u Savoji, francuskom dijelu Švicarske.Wilhelm Marc je svoju djecu katolički krstio, ali protestantski odgojio jer je 1895. istupio iz katoličke crkve i konvertirao na protestantizam.
