There's an option to display the FPS in the advanced graphics options (show performance metrics). If you're locked to 60fps, turn off exclusive fullscreen mode and switch to windowed fullscreen. Make sure nVidia G-sync is set to desktop as well, not only fullscreen games.

No matter what I did the game ran at 60hz. I finally tried rebooting my PC and the game loaded in 144hz again. After some testing, I found that changing vsync settings from any setting (off, adaptive, or on) to another locks the game into 60hz and a game restart won't fix it.
21 de feb. de 2020 · I putted dinput8.dll into our main folder, removed ; sign and adjusted value of fps and it works. Kind fps can go up and down but its something at least instead of 60fps.

22 de ago. de 2019 · I've got a 1070 with 8gb of VRAM and a brand new Ryzen 5 CPU on Windows 10 with 16 GB of ram. 1080 Monitor. So Wolfenstein will just stutter and drop FPS, even though the in game FPS counter says 60. I've tried messing about with the graphics settings by bring things down.
