Summer McIntosh (born August 18, 2006) is a Canadian competitive swimmer. A four-time World Aquatics champion and two-time Commonwealth Games gold medalist, she is the current world record holder in the women's 400 metre individual medley.

Summer McIntosh is a Canadian swimmer who broke over 50 Canadian age-group records by age 15 and won four world titles and two world records at the 2022 World Championships. She also swam at the 2020 and 2021 Olympics, where she placed 4th in the 400 free and 9th in the 200 free.
At the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Summer McIntosh made her Olympic debut by breaking the Canadian record in the 400-m freestyle preliminaries. She advanced to the final where she finished in fourth place and lowered the record again.
