Rubber Soul was a milestone in the Beatles' musical evolution, featuring sitar, double A-side single, and Lennon-McCartney-Starkey credit. The album had different track listings in the UK and the US, and spent nine weeks at #1 in the UK and six weeks at #1 in the US.
