Update: version 5.3. The Mankey paws can be purchased at night by a guy outside the fighter type gym in saffron city. They can be sold for a $1,000 increase to a lady inside the hotel of crimson city.
Mankey Paws can be bought from Rocket near the old gym in Saffron City. If you have a Mankey Paw in your bag and it is not your first time speaking to her but you refuse to sell, then sale price will decrease by 1000.

Mankey paw + perfect accuracy moves (aura sphere, swift, etc.) I had tried using the item on a no guard Doublade fusion and it seemed to ignore the ability. Does anyone know if moves that do not check accuracy work?
