As the title says, Ben 10 can become any alien species aside from Human and Anodite since he already possesses those DNA therefore he can become a Kryptonian.
Kryptonians are a species from the planet Krypton in the Andromeda Galaxy in the Ben 10 Universe. Under the light of a red star, both genders of Kryptonians are hairless humanoid aliens, standing between six and seven feet tall.
Ben loses the ability to absorb solar energy, instead he generates it himself, Instead of relying on a constant power source Ben will posses the power of an active Sun, maybe even alter what he generates. Pros: Ben is rapidly getting stronger by generating his power and doesn't need a sun for power. Cons: Ben NEEDS to balance his energy 24/7.

I dont think a Kryptonian would evolve into Doomsday. Doomsday was made in a lab killed over and over changed mutated by his make to survive prehistoric Krypton. The planet changed and evolved. Now Ben can scan Doomsday and transform into him that way but it depends wich version he scaned.
