  5. 6 de jun. de 2012 · Project Nevada says it's implants 'with the proper Science skill those can be upgraded up to 3 times'... My question is how? I can't find a recipe on a workbench and just clicking the thing does nothing, and my local implant surgeon seems clueless. Anyone care to explain this?
