Depending on if you’re on directors cut or not: If not, I would recommend a battery put in horizontal, a utility pouch, a large grenade pouch and fill the remaining space with small grenade pouch. If you’re on DC, I’d put a level 4 battery in vertical, a utility pouch right on top of it and 3 large grenade pouches.
