Filth are emaciated humanoids that lack arms, eyes, and noses. Their only facial feature is a large gaping mouth lined with jagged teeth, used to bite and tear. Their flesh is greyish green, with dried blood covering their bodies.
Filth are the first Husk-type enemy the player encounters, and first appear in the tutorial, before becoming a normal enemy from 0-1: Into the Fire onwards. Filth resemble emaciated, armless humanoids with faded green skin, dried blood on their body, and a big mouth with many teeth.
