28 de feb. de 2022 · How does transmog work on this server? Check forum guide. you get Scrolls of Deception randomly from TOC, ICC and RS bosses. It works as an enchant, in a sense that you can use it on one of your owned items. This will create a completely new item which also works like an enchant.
