According to aoc page you need to do the following for one of the displays: OSD Lock Function: To lock the OSD, press and hold the MENUbutton while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on. To un-lock the OSD - press and hold the MENUbutton while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on.
Al presionar un botón para acceder al menú de un monitor LCD (marca AOC modelo e2043Fs) me salía el mensaje OSD Locked. Apaga el monitor (1) y deja presionado el botón de menú (2) + el botón de encendido (1) por 5 segundos.

Para volver a bloquear la pantalla apaga el monitor y deja presionado el botón de menú por 5 segundos. La próxima vez que enciendas el monitor y presiones uno de sus botones de saldrá el mensaje OSD Locked .
