To get the Upgraded Titan Drill Man in Toilet Tower Defense, you need to reach the top 100 ranking in Endless mode on the game's leaderboard at the time of its reset (every seven days). You'll receive the unit at the Post Office. This unit is not available through summoning, purchasing, or crates.
