With the Little Bear T11, it seems like Nobesound has developed a tube phono preamp that can satisfy genuine audiophiles for far less than $400. I still think the Pro-Ject Tube Box is the safest bet for audiophiles on a budget, but the Little Bear T11 with upgraded tubes might be a serious contender.
