Adlai Stevenson II (Los Ángeles, 5 de febrero de 1900 – Londres, 14 de julio de 1965) fue un abogado, político y diplomático estadounidense. Fue en dos ocasiones candidato a la presidencia de Estados Unidos por el Partido Demócrata. Fue gobernador de Illinois entre 1949 y 1953.
He previously served as the 31st governor of Illinois from 1949 to 1953 and was the Democratic nominee for president of the United States in 1952 and 1956, losing both elections to Dwight D. Eisenhower in landslides. Stevenson was the grandson of Adlai Stevenson I, the 23rd vice president of the United States.
