25 de oct. de 2022 · Rogers served as Deputy Attorney General from 1953 to 1957 and was appointed Attorney General of the United States on November 8, 1957, by President Eisenhower. He remained until January 20, 1961. He was United States representative to the Twentieth General Assembly of the United Nations in 1967, and then resumed the private practice of law.
