Although he worked in a wide array of genres through a career spanning nearly five decades, including comedies and spaghetti Westerns, he garnered an international cult following for his giallo and horror films.
Lucio Fulci was a prolific and controversial Italian director of horror, thriller and western films. He is best known for his gore epics of the 1970s and 1980s, such as Zombie, City of the Living Dead and The Beyond.
