Fedor Ozep or Fyodor Otsep (Russian: Фёдор Алекса́ндрович О́цеп, Fyodor Aleksandrovich Otsep; February 9, 1895 – June 20, 1949) was a Russian-American film director and screenwriter, born in Moscow.

Fyodor Otsep was born on 9 February 1895 in Moscow, Russian Empire [now Russia]. He was a director and writer, known for The Adventures of the Three Reporters (1926), Amok (1934) and Pique Dame (1937).

After spending a few years as a scriptwriter, Ozep began directing films in 1926. His first Soviet films were made in collaboration with Boris Barnet and the actress Anna Sten, who would later pursue a career in Hollywood.
