Popole Misenga (Bukavu, 25 de febrero de 1992) es un youtuber y yudoca originario de la República Democrática del Congo. Fue seleccionado por el Comité Olímpico Internacional para competir por el Equipo Olímpico de Atletas Refugiados en los Juegos Olímpicos de Río de Janeiro 2016, celebrados en Brasil.

Biografía. Popole es originario de Bukavu, la zona más afectada por la guerra civil de la RDC (República Democrática del Congo) desde 1998 a 2003. Como judoca profesional, representó a la República Democrática del Congo en competiciones internacionales.
Popole Misenga fue de los primeros atletas del Equipo Olímpico de Refugiados. Para sus segundos Juegos se esfuerza para inspirar a los refugiados.
