Steven Earl Lewis - (n. el 16 de mayo de 1969 en Los Ángeles, California) es un atleta estadounidense especialista en los 400 metros lisos. Fue campeón olímpico de esta distancia en Seúl 1988 con solo 19 años y subcampeón cuatro años más tarde en Barcelona 1992.
Steven Earl Lewis (born May 16, 1969) is a former American track and field athlete, winner of three gold medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics and 1992 Summer Olympics. Born in Los Angeles, Steve Lewis took up track at with the Los Angeles Jets youth track club under the direction of Ronald Moore and later went to Banning High School.
Although an unknown 19-year-old in 1988, Steve Lewis had a spectacular season, completely rewriting the world junior all-time list in the 400 m, and winning an Olympic gold medal.
