It also saw the firing of vocalist Tanner Womack after the band's first performance in April 2003, which left all vocal duties solely to Mitch Lucker, who had joined as a co-vocalist just after the recording of Death Awaits.
Tanner Womack was the first vocalist for Suicide Silence. He recorded vocals for the Death Awaits Demo 2003 and later shared vocal duties with Mitch Lucker for a short amount of time, but was fired soon after Mitch had joined.
