Geoffrey Robert Marsh (born 31 December 1958) is an Australian former cricketer, coach and selector. He played 50 Test matches and 117 One Day Internationals for Australia as an opening batsman. Marsh was a part of the Australian team that won their first world title during the 1987 Cricket World Cup.
Geoff Marsh was a right-hand opening batsman who played 50 Tests and 117 ODIs for Australia, and also coached the national team to two World Cup titles. He is the father of current Australia batsmen Shaun and Mitchell Marsh.
Geoff Marsh was a determined and effective batsman who played a key role in Australia's World Cup wins in 1987 and 1999. He also coached the team to glory and later became a selector for Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka.
