¿Qué es una D.O.C? Se trata de una Denominación de Origen Controlada. Es decir, una indicación un tanto estricta que se aplica a los vinos (y todo producto alimentario) e indica una zona productiva, además de las reglas referentes al viñedo y al proceso productivo bajo un estandar fiscalizado.
