Judy Craig (born June 11, 1944, New York City) is the lead singer of the American girl group, The Chiffons. She left the group in 1969, but returned in 1992 after the death of Barbara Lee. [1]

The Chiffons were an American 1960s girl group from the Bronx, New York City. The group was originally a quartet of high school friends who met while attending James Monroe High School. The original members of the group were lead singer Judy Craig, Patricia Bennett, Barbara Lee, and Sylvia Peterson.
In 1960, the Chiffons formed at James Monroe High School in the Bronx, New York. The lead singer was 14 year old Judy Craig (born August 6,1946), and she sang along with Patricia Bennett (born April 7, 1947) and Barbara Lee (born February 6, 1944).
