Saves the Day es una banda estadounidense de pop punk formada en 1997 en la ciudad de Princeton, Nueva Jersey. Al principio la banda se llamó Indiference, luego Seffler, y finalmente Saves The Day, sacado de la letra de un tema de Farside llamado Hero .
Eben D'amico was Saves the Day’s bassist from 1999-2005. Right before the band went into the studio to make their sophomore, former bassist Sean McGrath died in 2004 at age 28.
During the writing process, longtime bassist Eben D'Amico left and was replaced by Glassjaw bassist Manuel Carrero. Saves the Day recorded their fifth studio album, Sound the Alarm , in 2005, without a label.
