Holly Beth Vincent (born Holly Beth Cernuto in 1956) is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. In her youth Vincent sang and played drums and guitar in several bands and took part in the Los Angeles punk scene.

Released by Amy Ray on her non-profit label, Daemon Records in 1993. Holly Beth Vincent [aka The Oblivious] did two U.S. tours with Concrete Blonde, resulting in the collaborative record "Vowel Movement" in which both she and Johnette Napolitano do all the writing, playing and producing.
Holly Vincent, front woman and songwriter for The Oblivious, was best known for her early-eighties success as Holly and the Italians (who released two critically acclaimed albums on Virgin/Epic and had a hit single with "Tell That Girl To Shut Up").
