James “Jimmy” Pappas graduated from Memorial High School in Houston, Texas before joining the Texas A&M University Fightin’ Aggies class of 1981 and obtaining an MBA from St. Thomas University. A loving husband, father, businessman and community leader, Jimmy’s battle with cancer ended in 2011.
