This will make your party either the default speed (hardest), 5% faster (Easy) or 10% faster (Very Easy). Experiment with the settings and find the one that suits you. Increasing cav without reducing foot troops will have a tiny boost if any at all; again would need to test. The less cargo you have/more pack horses you use, the -0.03 will gradually rise until it hits 0.
