Openingstrack Sweet ‘Lil Lies is nog vooral energieke soul-pop en ook in Joan Armatrading’s All The Way From America horen we nog weinig blues/roots- invloeden. Maar dat verandert in Black Magic, dat vooral energieke soul-blues is met mooi slidegitaar- en pianowerk.
