In her fourth report to the Human Rights Council, Tlaleng Mofokeng, UN Special Rapporteur on the right to health, focused on drug use, harm reduction and the right to health.

Ms. Mofokeng said she supported the full decriminalisation of drug use, saying it was important to end the “war on drugs”, as it was a war on people.
