Turn Live Caption on or off. If you want to get Live Captions in a language other than English: Next to “Manage languages,” select Add languages. This will automatically download language packs. Next to “Preferred caption language,” select Down arrow your preferred language.

A subtitle or closed caption file contains the text of what's said in the video. It also contains time codes for when each line of text should be displayed. Adjust caption timing by editing the two timestamp boxes beside the caption track. The box at the top is the start time, and below it is the end time. Note: If you’re not seeing timestamps, select EDIT TIMINGS .
