Tamye. I recently got a new Samsung Android phone and discovered today that three months of journal entries from mid-April to the end of July are missing. I contacted the app help, but haven't received an email back yet. I hope there is a way to recover those missing entries. I'm really upset about this.
Writing entries, on Journey Cloud beta, web app running from a Windows 11 system. It was working last 8/10/2023 at 4:00pm MST, now it's 8/10/2023 10:53pm MST, checked in from 10:00pm and it's not allowing me to edit/add any entries on the web app.

To set up sync, follow these steps: If you already have the app installed: Step 1:Open the Journey app. Step 2:Go to Journey Settings. Step 3:Tap “Cloud Services.”. Step 4:Select your Google account. The sync process should begin. If you installed the app and have not opened it yet: Step 1:Open the app > tap "Next" > Setup Passcode.

During the open beta trial, our goal is to test the robustness and usage of Journey Cloud Sync. We plan to start with 5.3GB first. Yes, you can import Google Drive entries + media files into Journey Cloud Sync. I would highly recommend you to only import the recent entries during the trial and not the full 7GB.
Convert JSON to Markdown. journalbabyb. Has anyone found a simple way to convert JSON files produced by a Journey export to Markdown files? Hoping it will convert the date and other metadata to text as well. Maybe a service that will allow the user to customize the converter? John.
