Biografie. Rebecca De Mornay is geboren als dochter van de Amerikaanse televisiepresentator Wally George (die eigenlijk George Walter Pearch heette) maar werd opgevoed door haar moeder Julie en stiefvader Richard De Mornay tot diens dood toen ze vijf jaar oud was.
