Cada clase son 47 minutos de principio a fin. La clase se divide en tres secciones. Cada sesión comienza con 10 minutos de calentamiento seguidos por una combinación de 8 rounds de golpes contra un saco y ejercicios de entrenamiento funcional, poniendo especial atención en ejecutar ejercicios de fuerza, cardio y coordinación.
