The Second Coming is when Jesus Christ will return to the earth to rule and reign. Jesus and many prophets, both ancient and modern, taught that Jesus would come to the earth a second time (see Isaiah 66:14–15; Matthew 24:42–44, 50; Acts 1:11 ). When He returns as a resurrected being with great power and glory, it will forever change the world.
