International Pupils One of Headington’s many strengths is its rich and diverse make up. With around 45 different nations represented across the School, both day girls from cosmopolitan Oxford and the surrounding areas and boarders from all over the world, we celebrate and welcome the contribution made by each and every girl who joins our community.
More than 400 members of staff work across our two sites. All of them play a vital role in making Headington the wonderful place it is. Depending on your daughter's path through the School, she will get to know many of the teachers, boarding and support staff listed below.
Scholarships At Headington, we celebrate achievement in all areas. To recognise and reward some of the exceptional girls who come to our school, we offer a range of different scholarships at 11+, 13+ and 16+, along with our Special Awards programme for the most outstanding candidates at 16+.
Returning boarders in L4, U5 and U6 to return by 5.30 pm. Thursday 5th September. All pupils in school (Prep & Senior) Friday 18th October - Sunday 3rd November. Half Term begins at 4.00 pm. Boarding houses close at 6.00 pm. Boarders return Sunday 3rd November 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm. Wednesday 11th December. Term ends at 12.15 pm.
