Drawing on the teaching and practices of Stanislavsky and Lecoq, our BA Acting course will develop your technical skills. You’ll learn important critical and evaluative skills, and develop your imagination through play, improvisation and scene work.
Guildford School of Acting (GSA) is a drama school in Guildford, Surrey, England. It is an academic school in the University of Surrey. It is a member of the Federation of Drama Schools.
You will also take part in acting, voice and movement sessions. Full guidance for each element of the audition will be sent with audition information. Applications for the MA and MFA Acting programmes should be made via the university’s postgraduate application page.
Guildford School of Acting receives consistently high overall student satisfaction scores in the National Student Survey. Our BA Actor Musician programme scored 100% student satisfaction and BA Musical Theatre achieved 97% student satisfaction this year, 2020.
