Katharine Houghton Hepburn (født 12. maj 1907 i Hartford, Connecticut, død 29. juni 2003) var en anerkendt amerikansk skuespiller. Hun blev uddannet på Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania. Hepburn tog sin eksamen i 1928 og debuterede på Broadway samme år i Night Hostess.
