On Ur Jordens Djup, the Trolls’ clash against men has acquired its deepest form to date. The tongue-in-cheek-attitude has been largely reduced and though it’s debatable that is it the right direction eventually, it certainly works as well. I’d really like to see more albums like Ur Jordens Djup from Finntroll in the future.
