The Neil Simon Theatre Mezzanine is cheaper overall than the Orchestra, but there are still expensive premium seats in rows A and B of the Center Mezzanine. Patrons can expect to find some good value seats in rows F-M, especially in rows L and M, which can be much cheaper.

Yes, depends on the theatre. Personally, prices and availability notwithstanding, my preferences are (1) center front mezzanine, (2) middle center orchestra, (3) center balcony - so as you can see, I'd rather sit higher in the center than on the sides, but that's just me.
