Blekinge ( Swedish pronunciation: [ˈblêːkɪŋɛ] ⓘ) is one of the traditional Swedish provinces ( landskap ), situated in the southern coast of the geographic region of Götaland, in southern Sweden. It borders Småland, Scania and the Baltic Sea.
Blekinge is also known for the old spa Ronneby Brunn. Today there is the large Ronneby Brunn spa hotel with a beautiful park. On the coast is Sölvesborg with its narrow alleys, a church from the 13th century, and one of Europe’s longest pedestrian bridges. Karlshamn is a charming coastal town.
