Youth Staff/Teens reports directly to the Youth Director and Assistant Youth Director onboard. Youth Staff/Teens is responsible for providing safe; fun filled and age appropriate activities for teens ages between 12 - 17.
The Youth Counselor organizes and leads the youth activities, ages 3-17 years, in designated activity centers, assigned areas and throughout the vessel. Safety is at the forefront of all Youth Counselor tasks and must be prioritized.
